HOW LONG IS EACH APPOINTMENT?
A standard appointment typically lasts for 50 - 55 minutes, leaving some time for us to process payments, organize the records and communicate with the referring doctors.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL FOR THE APPOINTMENTS?
You would not need a referral to make appointments. However, if you have a valid Medicare card, you would be able to get back a rebate from Medicare if you get a Mental Health Care Plan from your GPs. In that case, you would need to obtain the Mental Health Care Plan prior to your initial session.

Individual counselling session (Office Hours 9am to 5pm) $250
Individual counselling session (After Hours/Weekends) $265
Couple / Family Counselling session (Office Hours) $280
Couple / Family Counselling session (After Hours/Weekends) $295
HOW MUCH IS THE MEDICARE REBATE?
If there are any changes to the appointments, please notify us via text or email at least 24 hours in advance. You would be charged the full fee if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the appointments or in cases of no-show
